Getting Started

Welcome to Winnr! This guide will walk you through the first steps of getting set up to trade on our prediction markets.

Prerequisites​

To use Winnr, you will need a Solana wallet. We recommend using pupular Solana wallets like:

Winnr works on both desktop and mobile (also availble as PWA). So feel free to use it on your preferred device.

Connecting Your Wallet​

  1. Navigate to the Winnr devnet web app.
  2. Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner.
  3. Select your preferred wallet from the menu.
  4. Approve the connection request in your wallet extension.

Get Test Tokens​

Low balance wallets will be prompted to claim testnet tokens. But if not follow the below steps after connecting wallet:

  1. Click the wallet button in top right corner to reveal a drop down menu.
  2. Click on the "Faucet" button in the drop down.
  3. Your wallet will be credited with 5000 test USDC.

Placing Your First Trade​

  1. On the home page, you will see a list of markets. Click on any market or the featured market to go to the market page.
  2. On the market page, you will see market chart and trade panel. Click on the outcome (Yes or No) you want to buy.
  3. Enter the number of shares you want buy and click on the "Buy" button.
  4. Done. You have executed your first trade on Winnr without paying any gas fees or wallet popups!
